Observant fans of the Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XIII noticed an unusual logo on the game’s official website. Originally discovered on the Japanese Final Fantasy XIII portal site, a Steam logo is clearly displayed next to the PS3 and Xbox 360 logos. Shortly after news of the discovery blew up across various channels, Square Enix removed the logo and PC listings for the game from their sites.
A reddit user also noted that the North American portal site also lists PC as a supported platform (without a release date), and that the game is listed under Square Enix’s PC games list
While no official announcement has been made as of just yet, there’s no denying the fact that the evidence is (or was) clearly there.
